All meetings are held in the Meeting Room, on the first floor of the Carlile Institute unless otherwise stated.
Minutes of meetings are approved at the following full Council meeting. As a result there may be a delay between a meeting and publication of the minutes for that meeting. We are working towards reducing this delay and in the meantime if you have a query about a specific item of business considered at a meeting please contact the Clerk who will be happy to update you.

All meetings are open to the public.

The Annual Town Meeting is a meeting of the parish electorate – LGA 1972 sch 12 para 14.  It has to be held between 1 March and 1 June each year.

The Annual Meeting is a meeting of the full council LGA 1972 sch 12 para 7.  It has to be held in May each year, (in an election year it must be held between the 4th and 18th day after the election).
