RESOLVED:     The Council notes the application and re-confirms the comments previously made.

 

Planning Application No. 2016/93021 - Non Material Amendment on previous application 2016/91501 for erection of first floor side and rear extension, single storey rear extension and vehicular entrance gates (within a Conservation Area) at Braystone House,

Planning Application No. 2016/93025 - Discharge conditions 5 (boundary treatment) and 13 (sewage) on previous permission 2016/91451 for change of use and erection of extensions to existing barn to form dwelling (revised proposal) at Wood Bottom Farm, Bent Ley Road, Meltham for Cadvis3d.

Planning Application No. 2016/93229 - Discharge condition 14 (highways) on previous permission 2014/90722 for outline application for residential development at land off, Helme Lane, Meltham for Barratt David Wilson Homes Yorkshire.

Planning Application No. 2016/93253 – erection of two storey rear and first floor front extensions to 10 Howard Way, Meltham for Mr & Mrs Ellam.

RESOLVED:     The Council supports the application.

 

Planning Application No. 2016/93297 - Erection of aerial bunched conductor at Helme Lane, Helme for Northern Powergrid.

Planning Application No. 2016/93314 - Discharge conditions 3 (external materials) and 9 (boundary treatment) on previous permission 2016/91993 for demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 2 detached dwellings at 125 Slaithwaite Road, Meltham for Jade3 Architecture.

Planning Application No. 2016/93352 - Discharge of condition 3 (floor finishes) on previous planning permission 2015/91981 for Listed Building Consent for alterations and extensions to former grade II listed weaver's cottages to form one dwelling at Former Albion Mills, Mill Moor Road, Meltham for Crystal Homes 2 Limited.

Planning Application No. 2016/93360 - Discharge of condition 16. (swift nest box) on previous permission no.2014/92634 for variation Condition 2 (Plans) on previous Permission 2006/93156 for demolition of mill and outbuildings and erection of 23 townhouses and apartments with garages (partly within curtilage of listed building) at Former Albion Mills Site., Former Albion Mills, Mill Moor Road for Crystal Homes 2 Limited.

 

RESOLVED:     The Council notes the application.  It was suggested that the swift nest boxes should be sited in an Easterly direction.

 

Planning Application No. 2016/93370 – erection of porch at 14 The Cobbles, Meltham for P Reddington.

 

RESOLVED:     The Council supports the application.

 

Planning Application No. 2016/93381 – erection of stables and hard standing with fencing at land opposite the Wills O Nats Pub, Blackmoorfoot Road, Meltham for Mr & Mrs Bottomley.
