The first training session was well attended by members of the Council, the Clerk, a Ward Councillor and members of the public.
We have a second training session in the Edward Brook Suite at the Carlile Institute this Saturday 28th October between 11.00am – 1.00pm, please feel free to come along. The first session was very informative and is designed to train the volunteers to get the best out of this engagement to shape the Council’s decisions for the next three years.
The volunteers will be asked to attend any of the following four drop in days that they able to, these are as follows:-
17th October between 2.00pm – 4.00pm at the Carlile Institute
18th October between 6.00pm – 8.00pm at Wilshaw Village Hall
19th October between 10.30am – 1.00pm at The Meltham Sports Complex
26th October between 10.30am – 1.00pm at the Carlile Institute
There will also be the opportunity to get out and about in the town to engage with the public and gather responses that way too!
