Robert Ashton Memorial Park – questionnaire and draft masterplan

Following the Ask Meltham project last year, many people identified Robert Ashton Memorial Park as a positive asset to Meltham. The Town Council recently commissioned a masterplan from Kirklees with the brief to enhance the Park’s best existing features, create a long-term vision to manage the Park, and to introduce, where appropriate, innovative, sustainable and natural interventions which will help to secure the future of the park for the benefit of local residents and businesses.
